We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead.
This role focuses on guiding and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth operations and effective sales strategies without an emphasis on business development. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, open to learning, and able to strike the perfect balance between being empathetic and assertive, while also offering effective guidance to the team.
About your tasks
  • Lead the B2B strategic customer/partner acquisition funnel and processes.
  • Leading the SNA (Sondernutzungsantrag) team.
  • Plan and execute the launch and management of new B2B business opportunities, aiming to scale for future growth.
  • Act as a mentor and guide to the team, providing coaching on best practices and process optimization.
  • Ensure the sales team meets targets through structured planning, while maintaining a non-aggressive sales approach.
  • Contribute to building a consumer-centric product and customer portfolio that offers short, medium, and long-term commercial benefits.
  • Drive the sales development of complex charging solutions, including customer consulting in close collaboration with partners and the Product Team.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and optimize a scalable sales structure and process.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Product, Hardware, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
About you
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a related position within the e-mobility industry and digital platform business.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team.
  • In-depth market knowledge of EV charging technology, digital platforms, software protocols, and related business applications.
  • Native-level German (C2) proficiency for negotiation, with strong English skills (B1+).
  • Proven track record in sales and partnership development for complex technical solutions.
  • Experience working in an international environment, with confidence in negotiating and closing deals with large customers.
  • Ability to communicate and transfer technical and commercial details internally and externally.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Empathetic leadership approach, balancing client and team needs while maintaining clear objectives.
  • Highly organized with expertise in structuring and optimizing sales processes.
  • Open to learning and adopting new strategies to enhance team performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading without being overly assertive.
